When the first sisters arrived in South Africa from Germany more than 90 years ago, they came ready for a great African adventure.
They imagined and prepared themselves to encounter lions, tigers, and all sorts of wild animals. But as far as we know…
They never actually came across any of them!
So that got us thinking… What if we went on our own adventure?
And discovered what awaits at the very tip of Africa
Our adventure started with some of the Cape’s most charming residents… the penguins. Then we met the famous Cape dassies. Hard to believe that these little creatures are related to elephants!
At Cape Point, we discovered tiny geckos basking in the sunshine, reminding us that even the smallest creatures can make an adventure memorable.
From breathtaking ocean views to unexpected animal encounters, our journey to the southern tip of Africa was filled with wonder.
No lions.
No tigers.
And thankfully…no other wild animals.
Just God’s beautiful creation waiting to be discovered.
