Dear Schoenstatt Family,
It is with deep sadness that we share the news that Mr. Jorge Asenjo, the beloved father of Father Cristóbal Asenjo, passed away on Monday, September 29, in Copiapó, Chile.
We unite as one Schoenstatt Family to hold Father Cristóbal and his family close in prayer during this time of loss. Let us entrust Mr. Asenjo’s soul to God’s loving mercy and ask our Blessed Mother to console and strengthen the hearts of his loved ones.
May the Lord welcome him into eternal peace, and may his life and faith continue to bear fruit in those he has touched.
We invite all members of our Schoenstatt Family to accompany Father Cristóbal and his family spiritually—through prayers, Holy Masses, and personal sacrifices—for the repose of Mr. Asenjo’s soul and for the consolation of all who mourn him.
